Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our polymer manufacturing unit as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of polymer processing machinery such as extrusion and molding equipment

• Support troubleshooting of mechanical breakdowns to ensure minimal production downtime

• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities

• Monitor equipment performance and support process optimization initiatives

• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies

• Collaborate with production and quality teams for smooth plant operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

Skills Required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Basic understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day (shift-based)

• Work Environment: Industrial / Plant setup

• Candidates should be willing to work in Thimmapur / Kothur area (Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad)
