Installation & Commissioning: Set up new UPS units, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. Carry out site acceptance testing and create commissioning scripts. • Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Perform PPM visits, battery string replacements, component repairs, and lifecycle-driven remedial services. • Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Isolate hardware/software/interface malfunctions using multimeters, power quality analyzers, and battery test equipment. Respond quickly to critical/emergency calls. • Testing & Documentation: Conduct pre-shipping inspection, acceptance testing, and certification of UPS units. Document testing parameters, service logs, reports, and compliance records. • Customer Interface: Provide technical support, create quotes, order parts, and deliver high quality customer service. Upsell products like AMC, batteries, and accessories.
