Electrician

Position Title: Office Boy cum Electrician
Department: Admin / Facility
Reporting To: Admin Manager / Service Manager

Role Purpose

To support day-to-day office operations, housekeeping coordination, customer assistance, and basic electrical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of the office and showroom.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Support

• Maintain attendance through biometric/attendance register with minimum 95% attendance.

• Handle office-related tasks such as document filing, photocopying, and internal support work.

• Perform outside office duties such as bank work, courier, and local office-related tasks when assigned.

2. Customer & Reception Support

• Maintain cleanliness of reception area, customer lounge, and family lounge.

• Serve refreshments (tea/water) to customers and office staff.

• Assist visitors and guide them to the concerned department/person.

3. Housekeeping Coordination

• Ensure daily cleanliness of office premises and washrooms as per company standards.

• Maintain housekeeping checklists and reports.

• Coordinate with housekeeping staff/vendors for regular cleaning.

4. Electrical Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical work such as checking lights, fans, switches, and power supply.

• Maintain a daily electrical inspection and maintenance report.

• Immediately report major electrical issues to the Admin/concerned department.

• Support installation and minor repair work when required.

5. Maintenance & Reporting

• Observe daily maintenance requirements and report issues related to office infrastructure.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and submit reports regularly.

6. Grooming & Conduct

• Maintain proper uniform, personal hygiene, and professional behaviour.

• Ensure customers feel comfortable and supported while visiting the office/showroom.

7. Additional Duties

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by management related to office operations and facility support.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical work and office support activities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and field work.

• Good behaviour and communication with customers and staff.

• Physically fit and disciplined.

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
