Personal Driver – Roles & Responsibilities
Drive the employer/family members safely and responsibly to various destinations.
Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
Maintain the vehicle in clean and good condition.
Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes and other basic vehicle requirements.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance as required.
Maintain records of fuel, mileage, servicing and other vehicle-related expenses.
Assist with local errands, shopping, document collection, banking and other assigned tasks.
Ensure confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and family matters.
Remain available as per the required schedule and be flexible for occasional outstation travel.
Immediately report any accident, vehicle issue, traffic violation or other incident to the employer.
Carry out any other driving or personal assistance duties assigned by the employer.
