Safely drive company vehicles for official business purposes.

Pick up and drop off as per schedule.

Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.

Conduct daily checks of fuel, engine oil, coolant, Tyre pressure, and battery.

Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, and Driving License) are valid and up to date.

Coordinate vehicle servicing and report any repairs or maintenance issues.

Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and mileage details.

Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
