Job Title: Driver (Office Driver)

Location: Thane, Mumbai
Department: Administration / Operations
Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff as required

• Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle

• Conduct routine checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.) before trips

• Ensure vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, license) are valid and up to date

• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or damages immediately

• Maintain a logbook of travel details (distance, fuel consumption, timings)

• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company policies

• Be available for overtime, late-night, or emergency duties if required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent

• Valid driving license (LMV/Commercial as applicable)

• Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours

• Punctuality and reliability

• Good communication and polite behavior

• Time management skills

• Ability to follow instructions

Working Conditions:

• May require flexible working hours, including weekends or late nights

• Outdoor work involving travel in different weather conditions
