Driver

We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious Office Driver responsible for providing transportation support to company executives, employees, and office operations. The candidate should have a valid driving license, knowledge of local routes, vehicle maintenance awareness, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties

• Safely transport Directors, executives, employees, and guests as assigned.

• Drive company vehicles for official meetings, site visits, airport transfers, and business travel.

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedules.

• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and traffic congestion.

• Be available for local and outstation travel when required.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before use.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned vehicles.

• Monitor fuel levels, tire condition, battery, oil, and other vehicle essentials.

• Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and fitness checks.

• Maintain vehicle logbooks and fuel consumption records.

Administrative Support

• Deliver and collect documents, cheques, materials, and office supplies.

• Assist with banking, courier, and government office-related work.

• Support administrative tasks as directed by management.

• Coordinate with office staff regarding travel schedules and logistics.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.

• Ensure valid vehicle documents are always available.

• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents immediately.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and executive matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a driver for corporate offices, executives, or management personnel.

• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Skills Required

• Excellent driving skills and road safety awareness.

• Knowledge of city, highway, and regional routes.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
