JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Driver

Department: Operations

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of customer and company vehicles, including vehicle pickup and drop services, intercity transportation, director travel support, and other official duties as assigned. The role requires maintaining vehicle safety, punctuality, and professional conduct while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Safely drive customer and company vehicles within city limits and to outstation locations as required.

2.       Pick up and deliver customer vehicles from designated locations to Brotomotive workshops and vice versa.

3.       Transport vehicles between Brotomotive branches, workshops, vendors, and customer locations.

4.       Provide driving support to Directors and Senior Management for official travel requirements.

5.       Attend emergency (SOS) vehicle pickup and breakdown assistance requests as assigned by the company.

6.       Ensure safe handling and movement of premium and luxury vehicles entrusted to the company.

7.       Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after every trip, including fuel, tyre condition, lights, and overall vehicle condition.

8.       Maintain vehicle movement records, trip logs, fuel records, and related documentation.

9.       Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving guidelines.

10.  Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Managers, and Operations teams for vehicle movement schedules.

11.  Assist in RTO, insurance, registration, vehicle inspection, and other official external work as assigned.

12.  Perform bank visits, document submissions, courier deliveries, and other company-related outside assignments.

13.  Immediately report any accident, damage, breakdown, or traffic violation to management.

14.  Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of company vehicles.

15.  Be available for extended working hours, weekend duties, and emergency assignments whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid LMV Driving License (mandatory) • Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience • Good knowledge of Pune city routes and nearby locations • Experience in driving premium/luxury vehicles preferred • Basic understanding of vehicle operations and safety checks • Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Experience:
