Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Marketer to join our team at Flexsin Technologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence and driving various digital initiatives and projects to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage high-impact content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

• Design and execute AI-driven videos and reels to boost engagement and brand awareness.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Monitor performance analytics, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on insights.

• Handle end-to-end client communication, understanding requirements and delivering on-brand content solutions.

• Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to align messaging and campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Build and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Branding.

• Good written and verbal communication Skills.

• Client handling and presentation skills.

• Proven expertise in creating engaging video and reel content, preferably using AI tools.

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar platforms.

• Understanding of audience targeting, engagement strategies, and content performance metrics.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
