About the Role
We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and trend-aware Social Media Executive to manage and grow the organization’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media strategy, audience engagement, paid promotions coordination, and performance analysis for brands/products.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, creativity, platform understanding, and the ability to execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Handle end-to-end management of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, etc.
Create monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, animators, and content writers for creative execution.
Develop engaging captions, hashtags, hooks, and campaign concepts.
Assist in creating educational, promotional, festive, product-based, and trend-driven content.
Brainstorm innovative ideas for audience engagement and organic growth.
Performance Marketing Support
Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions.
Optimize social media activities based on analytics and platform insights.
Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally and promptly.
Monitor audience feedback and online reputation management.
Build engagement strategies to improve followers and community interaction.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated with latest social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and suggest improvement strategies.
Identify viral trends and adapt them creatively for the brand.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements for better engagement and visibility.
Monitor KPIs and growth metrics across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Good knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics tools.
Understanding of reels, short-form video trends, influencer collaborations, and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AI-powered social media/content tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
Experience in publishing, education, e-commerce, or product-based industries will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
