About the Role

Soch Matters is looking for a smart, confident, and well-connected PR Executive who can handle podcast guest relations and build strong professional connections. Your main responsibility will be inviting impactful guests, coordinating with them, and managing end-to-end communication for podcast appearances.

If you are good at communication, networking, relationship building, and know how to professionally approach people — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to entrepreneurs, creators, doctors, influencers, founders, professionals, and industry experts for podcast invitations
• Manage guest communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Coordinate podcast schedules and follow-ups
• Build long-term professional relationships with guests and collaborators
• Research trending personalities and potential podcast guests
• Maintain guest database and conversation records
• Coordinate with the content and production team before shoots
• Ensure smooth guest onboarding and appearance experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confident personality with professional approach
• Good networking and PR skills
• Basic knowledge of podcasts, social media, and branding
• Ability to handle follow-ups and coordination professionally
• Experience in PR, client handling, influencer outreach, media, or sales is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
