Key Skills:

—   Any graduate with minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive

—    In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of minimum 1 year on Instagram, Meta Business Suit, WhatsApp, you tube shorts, Google Ads for managing and optimizing digital presence.

—   Hands-on experience in creating engaging posts, reels and stories around sarees and customer experience, managing online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

—    Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, and other design tools

—   Experience in video editing and creating content for Reels and running campaigns on Meta, Linked In will be an advantage

—   Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and working knowledge of English with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities:

—   Creating engaging posts, reels and stories around sarees and customer experience, managing social media posts across multiple channels like Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, YouTube Shorts

—   Coordinate with Founder and the showroom team for content ideas & photos/videos

—   Track reach, engagement & suggest improvements

—   Social media management

—   Ability to learn about basic ads to promote offers  & new collections

—   Ability to learn about paid campaigns and run those with performance analysis, Collaborate with teams for campaign alignment and execution. 

—   Ability to learn about managing  influencer marketing, handling follower engagement, community management, and social media account branding. 

—   Remain updated with the latest trends and implementing innovative ideas to boost traction on social media posts
