Key Responsibilities

Host corporate events, promotional campaigns, interviews, podcasts, and live sessions.
Represent the company confidently during online and offline marketing activities.
Create engaging video content, reels, and promotional shoots.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.
Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Assist in organizing events, client interactions, and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
Confident personality with strong camera presence and presentation skills.
Good understanding of major social media platforms and SMO strategies.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is preferred.
Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

Anchoring, public speaking, or content creation experience.
Social media management and community engagement.
Basic photography/video editing knowledge.
Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
