We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, optimizing campaigns, monitoring advertising performance, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

- Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, and advertising performance.

- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for better results.

- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing.

- Track campaign performance using analytics and conversion tracking tools.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

- Improve campaign results by monitoring CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

- Knowledge of Google Ads, including Search and Display campaigns.

- Understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.

- Practical experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

- Candidates with proven campaign optimization and lead generation experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
