Content Creation & Strategy:
o Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with the company’s overall marketing strategy. o Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (images, videos, copy) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
o Ensure content reflects brand voice, values, and messaging guidelines. o Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand visuals and multimedia for posts and ads.
• Community Management: o Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive online community. o Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and relevant conversations to maintain a timely and helpful response rate. o Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand presence.
• Campaign Management: o Develop, launch, and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, or brand initiatives. o Create and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including targeting, optimization, and budget management. o Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet goals (e.g., engagement, conversions, sales, or brand awareness).
• Analytics & Reporting: o Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, traffic, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. o Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) to gather insights and optimize content strategies. o Provide regular reports to the marketing team on social media performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. o Identify new social platforms or emerging trends that can be leveraged for brand growth. o Experiment with new content types (e.g., reels, stories, live streams, etc.) to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business goals. o Coordinate with the PR, product, and customer service teams to manage communications and brand messaging.
