Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can handle end-to-end social media operations with a strong focus on content execution and growth. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing content strategies that drive engagement and contribute to business outcomes.

This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and capable of managing content pipelines efficiently while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for smooth execution.
• Manage posting, comments, and DMs to maintain active audience engagement.
• Track and analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify trends and implement relevant content formats (Reels, short-form videos, etc.).
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and content alignment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
• Basic knowledge of content strategy, engagement, and analytics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking with strong execution ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
