Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

• Write captions, social media copy, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other teams to create visual content.

• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.

• Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.

• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams.

• Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and growth.
  
  Requirements

  • minimum 1 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

  • Understanding of social media analytics and content performance metrics.

  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising is an advantage.
