Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.

• Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.

• Manage daily social media activities and audience engagement.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.

• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant insights and analytics.

• Improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and follower growth.

• Manage social media campaigns and paid promotions when required.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.

• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.

• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and analytics.

• Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding.

• Basic knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
