Job Description

SS Tech Services is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Content Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand's digital presence, content strategy, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in brand development, social media management, content marketing, and digital campaign execution, with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media and brand marketing strategies.

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across digital platforms.

• Build and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and online presence.

• Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

• Lead content marketing, storytelling, and digital campaigns.

• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Identify industry trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in social media, content marketing, or brand management.

• Strong understanding of digital branding, social media algorithms, and content strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.

• Ability to develop engaging content and compelling brand stories.

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.

• Strong creative thinking, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience managing corporate social media accounts and brand campaigns.

• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing analytics.

• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
