POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing brand communication, increasing audience engagement, and executing campaigns that strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

2. Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

3. Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and marketing campaigns.

4. Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and video editors to ensure consistent brand communication and successful marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.

• Experience managing business accounts across major social media platforms.

• Prior experience in the Real Estate, Investment Consulting, or related industry will be an added advantage.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and platform algorithms.

• Excellent content planning, campaign management, and creative thinking skills.

• Knowledge of social media analytics, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools.

• Strong communication, copywriting, and brand storytelling abilities.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, branding, and lead generation.
