INVESSTIN PRO Realtech is a premium real estate advisory and marketing company focused on residential and investment opportunities across Gurugram, Noida and key NCR growth corridors.

We are looking for a creative, strategic and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can strengthen our digital presence, build engaging content around real estate and investment, and contribute to the growth of both the INVESSTIN PRO brand and the personal brand of our Founder & CEO, Ritu Ahlawat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

• Create and manage a structured weekly and monthly content calendar.

• Develop ideas, hooks, concepts and content strategies for Reels and short-form videos.

• Write engaging captions, scripts, LinkedIn posts and social media copy.

• Manage the social media presence of both INVESSTIN PRO Realtech and Founder & CEO Ritu Ahlawat.

• Research real estate trends, market updates, investment topics, competitor activity and viral content formats.

• Coordinate with the video editor, graphic designer and internal team for content production.

• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, DMs and overall community activity.

• Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.

• Identify high-performing content and continuously optimise the content strategy.

• Stay updated with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube algorithm changes, trends and best practices.

• Explore and implement AI tools for content research, ideation, scripting and workflow optimisation.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.

• Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content.

• Ability to create compelling hooks and content concepts.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

• Strong research and trend-spotting abilities.

• Experience with Canva and basic content-editing tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and platform analytics.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of content execution.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
