• Research trending content, hashtags, competitors, and industry trends.

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.

• Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives such as leads, sales, traffic, and conversions.

• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.

• Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.

• Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.

• Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.

• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.

• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, policies, and algorithms.
