• Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and respond to followers, comments, and messages, fostering community.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive specific goals (e.g., leads, sales).

• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, conversions) and report on performance, using data to refine future strategies.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, tools, algorithms, and trending topics to keep the brand relevant.

• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, PR, and sales teams for consistent branding and integrated campaigns. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong writing, visual communication, and digital marketing skills.

• Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.

• Creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

• Often requires a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
