Job Title: Digital Adver sing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads Specialist) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and analy cal Digital Adver sing Specialist to independently manage, opmize, and scale all paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to drive measurable results, opmize campaign funnels, and translate complex data into ac onable business strategies. Key Responsibili es & Deliverables 1. Campaign Execu on and Opmiza on (70% Focus) Full Ownership: Take ownership of monthly adver sing budgets across both Google and Meta, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Advanced Google Ads: Design and manage complex Google Search campaigns (including broad match strategy and nega ve keyword governance) and u lize advanced features like Performance Max and YouTube for direct response. Advanced Meta Ads: Strategize and deploy campaigns across the full funnel (awareness, considera on, conversion), focusing on sophis cated audience segmenta on (Custom, Lookalike, Value-Based Audiences) and rigorous ad crea ve tes ng. Proac vely iden fy and address performance bo lenecks by implemen ng rigorous A/B tes ng on ad copy, crea ves, landing pages, and bid strategies. Manage ad account structures for scalability and maintain best-in-class Quality Scores and Relevance Scores. 2. Tracking, Analysis, & Repor ng (20% Focus) Ensure the integrity of all tracking systems, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event tracking within Google Analy cs 4 (GA4). Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to iden fy trends, opportuni es, and risks, presen ng findings in clear, concise monthly reports. Accurately forecast campaign performance and budget requirements based on historical data and seasonal trends. 3. Strategy and Collabora on (10% Focus) Stay ahead of pla orm updates, policy changes, and emerging ad products (e.g., AI driven bidding, new Meta ad formats). Provide ac onable recommenda ons to the Crea ve team for developing high performing, data-backed ad assets. Collaborate with the Development/Marke ng Tech team to troubleshoot tracking issues and improve Landing Page Opmiza on (LPO) efforts. Required Skills & Qualifica ons Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on, end-to-end management of paid media campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, and manipula ng data within Google Analy cs 4 (GA4). Tracking Proficiency: Proven experience se ng up and verifying conversion tracking via GTM and understanding the nuances of server-side tracking (CAPI knowledge is a plus). Analy cal: Strong ability to use Excel/Google Sheets for pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualiza on. Communica on: Excellent wri en and verbal communica on skills; comfortable presen ng performance data and strategic recommenda ons to management.
