Manage AcharyaX social media platforms end-to-end (content planning → posting → engagement → growth).
Create powerful hooks for Reels/Shorts (scroll-stopping openings, punchy angles, strong CTAs).
Build and run the daily content pipeline (planning, scheduling, tracking, ensuring we post every day).
Coordinate with the video editor: assign work, share briefs, follow up, and get edits delivered on time.
Ensure smooth execution of the full workflow: idea → script/hook → edit → caption → publish → engage.
Research what’s working: industry trends, competitors, viral formats, creator strategies, and apply them fast.
Write strong captions + comments that feel human, smart, and audience-first.
Actively engage: reply to comments/DMs, comment on relevant creator posts, build community presence.
Grow LinkedIn presence (posts, positioning, engagement, consistency).
Bring creative ideas proactively — formats, series concepts, content experiments, collaborations.
Track performance basics (views, watch time, saves, shares) and improve what works.
Excellent English communication (writing + tone + clarity is non-negotiable).
Creative and fast — you can come up with angles/hooks without being spoon-fed.
A “let’s get it done” attitude within your role domain (no unnecessary “can’t do” energy).
Comfortable being a one-person army in content ops (with a video editor working alongside you).
You genuinely care about building something long-term — as AcharyaX grows, you grow.
Strong Instagram growth instincts (retention, hooks, formats, trend adaptation).
Experience managing creators/editors and shipping content consistently.
Understanding of Reels/Shorts storytelling and how to keep attention.
