Social Media Intern

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms

• Write captions, hooks and copy for Reels, Shorts and posts

• Research trends, hashtags, sounds and formats relevant to fashion/textile content

• Coordinate with the design and video team to keep the content calendar on track

• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly insights

• Support influencer/collaboration outreach and community management (replying to comments/DMs)

• Help brainstorm campaign ideas for product launches and seasonal collections
  

What you need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

• Genuine interest in social media, fashion and content trends

• Comfortable writing captions/copy with a good sense of tone and voice

• Basic familiarity with Instagram/YouTube analytics and scheduling tools

• Bonus: basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot) or design sense
  

We're not looking for someone who just posts on schedule. We want someone curious, proactive, and full of ideas — who treats this like their own brand.

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month, based on skill set and availability. Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
