Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (and others if required)
Plan and execute daily/weekly content
Research trends, viral formats, and competitor activity
Create hooks, captions, hashtags, and content ideas
Work on reels/shorts strategy and growth experiments
Track analytics and improve reach & engagement
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Engage with audience and build community

Skills Required

Social media understanding (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
