Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator to become the face of our brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging digital content, comfortable appearing on camera, and capable of planning and executing content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand by appearing in videos, reels, promotional campaigns, and other social media content.

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Research trending topics, viral formats, and industry trends to develop fresh content ideas.

• Write basic scripts, captions, and content briefs for social media posts.

• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to produce high-quality content.

• Participate in product, service, and promotional shoots.

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all digital platforms.

• Assist in planning content calendars and campaign strategies.

• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.

• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

• Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of video production, scripting, and content planning.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
