Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders across e-commerce platforms and our website.

• Coordinate shipping, dispatches, returns and customer/order issues.

• Create banners, posters, product images and catalogues using Photoshop/Canva and AI tools.

• Generate social media content using current AI content-generation tools.

• Manage and post content on Instagram and Facebook.

• Assist with product listings, descriptions and online merchandising.

• Monitor online sales and identify opportunities to increase sales and conversions.

• Support basic Instagram/Facebook marketing and promotions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations / social media / digital marketing.

• Good knowledge of Photoshop or Canva.

• Comfortable using AI tools for images, videos and content creation.

• Experience with Instagram/Facebook is a strong advantage.

• Good computer skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, creative and willing to take ownership of tasks.

• E-commerce experience with Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart/other marketplaces will be an advantage.

What We Expect

This is not just an order-processing position. The person will be expected to take ownership of our online presence and contribute towards increasing sales.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 depending on experience and capability.
Performance-based growth and incentives can be considered for the right candidate.
