About the Role:-
We are looking for a result-oriented and data-driven Senior SEO Executive with strong exposure to App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive organic growth across both web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the synergy between SEO, ASO, content strategy, and technical optimization, and is eager to scale digital visibility across global markets.
You will work closely with marketing, product, design, and development teams to improve rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:-
SEO (On-Page + Off-Page + Technical)
On-Page SEO
Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure
Improve page experience, readability, and content alignment with user intent
Ensure SEO best practices across all web pages, landing pages, and blogs
Off-Page SEO
Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies
Manage outreach, guest posting, and backlink acquisition
Monitor backlink profiles and remove/disavow toxic links
Strengthen domain authority and brand credibility
Technical SEO
Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed)
Work with developers to fix SEO-related issues
Optimize Core Web Vitals and mobile usability
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and structured data
App Store Optimization (ASO)
Conduct keyword research for app titles, descriptions, and metadata
Optimize App Store & Play Store listings (icons, screenshots, creatives, videos)
Monitor app rankings, installs, and organic growth metrics
Execute A/B testing strategies for creatives and metadata
Perform competitor and market analysis for app growth opportunities
Track KPIs like downloads, CTR, conversion rates, and retention
Stay updated with ASO trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Content & Growth Strategy
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content
Plan and execute content calendars based on keyword strategy
Optimize landing pages and service pages for conversions
Implement E-E-A-T and align with Google algorithm updates
Support both website and app growth strategies holistically
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ASO tools
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, installs, and conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Provide actionable insights and continuous optimization plans
Local & Advanced SEO (Good to Have)
Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GBP)
Handle local SEO and citation building
Support international SEO and multi-region strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in SEO with exposure to ASO
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Working knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Ahrefs / SEMrush
Screaming Frog
ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, AppRadar – preferred)
Strong understanding of keyword intent and content strategy
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT / SaaS / service-based companies
Understanding of AI-driven SEO & LLM optimization
Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) & UX principles
Exposure to international SEO or multi-market strategies
