Lead Sourcing & Database Management:
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, references, and industry networks.
Build, maintain, and update a strong database of potential customers and franchise prospects.
Campaign Management:
Design and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective content, creatives, and promotions for lead acquisition.
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Screen incoming inquiries, assess potential, and assign qualified leads to the respective sales or franchise team.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure engagement and conversion.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rate, cost per lead, and campaign ROI.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.
Train and guide telecalling or lead nurturing executives where applicable.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct research to identify potential sectors, industries, or regions for business expansion.
Analyze competitor lead-generation strategies and suggest improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in B2B / franchise / industrial lead generation.
Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Digital marketing awareness (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email automation).
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in digital marketing or CRM tools (preferred).
