Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.

• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

• Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-generated answers and answer-focused search results.

• Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and relevant AI search experiences.

• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, website architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.

• Implement structured data and Schema Markup to improve search engine understanding and eligibility for rich results.

• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, URLs, images, and content structure.

• Develop topical authority through topic clusters, entity optimization, and content aligned with user intent.

• Analyze backlink profiles and execute ethical link-building strategies.

• Monitor SEO performance, identify opportunities, and prepare actionable performance reports.

• Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

• Practical knowledge of GEO, AEO, AI search visibility, and semantic SEO.

• Understanding of E-E-A-T principles, entity SEO, topical authority, and content credibility.

• Experience with JavaScript SEO and rendering/indexing challenges for React or Next.js websites is an advantage.

• Ability to identify ranking issues, diagnose traffic drops, and translate data into actionable SEO improvements.

• Understanding of organic conversion tracking and performance measurement.

• Google Search Console: Indexing, search queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, and performance analysis.

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Organic traffic, engagement, and conversion tracking.

• Screaming Frog SEO Spider: Technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, redirects, and metadata checks.

• Ahrefs / Semrush: Keyword research, backlink analysis, competitor research, and content gaps.

• Google Keyword Planner: Keyword discovery and search demand research.

• PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse: Core Web Vitals and performance analysis.

• Schema Markup Validator / Google Rich Results Test: Structured data validation.

• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini: Search intent research, content analysis, topical mapping, and SEO workflow support.

• Experience with AI search visibility tracking tools is an advantage. Candidates should understand that AI-generated results vary and that no tool can guarantee inclusion in AI Overviews or other AI answers.
