We're Hiring – SEO Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SEO strategies, and a passion for driving organic growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve organic traffic and ranking goals.

• Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

• Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

• Track SEO KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.

• Mentor team members and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
