Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern/Trainee who is eager to learn and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in real-world campaign execution and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on:

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions

• Track conversions and maintain reports (Google Sheets / dashboards)

• Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies

• Stay updated with latest trends in performance marketing

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

• Familiarity with Google Ads / Facebook Ads (even theoretical is fine)

• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a plus

• Any certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a bonus
