Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects through paid campaigns.

• Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend for better results.

• Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.

• Identify target audiences and implement effective audience targeting strategies.

• Create and test different ad creatives, headlines, copy, and landing pages.

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and spending.

• Optimize campaigns to reduce lead costs and improve lead quality.

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.

• Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing campaigns and creatives.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

• Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends and digital marketing strategies.
  Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Practical knowledge of lead generation campaigns.

  • Expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.

  • Understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and retargeting.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

  • Experience with landing pages, lead forms, and campaign reporting.
