Role Overview

Ambika Realty is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to generate quality real estate leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with creating video content for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise Meta and Google Ads for real estate projects.

• Generate qualified leads and achieve campaign targets.

• Monitor CPL, lead quality and campaign performance.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

• Shoot engaging property videos, reels and promotional content.

• Edit videos and create creatives for social media and paid campaigns.

• Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Good understanding of lead generation and campaign optimisation.

• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content.

• Creative, target-oriented and data-driven approach.

Key Focus: Generate quality real estate leads through paid marketing and create high-performing video content.
