About the Role

We are looking for a talented and performance-driven Meta Ads & Creative Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Facebook & Instagram advertising, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and creating high-performing ad creatives.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns while working closely with the creative team to develop engaging content that generates leads, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.

• Set up and optimize campaigns for Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversions.

• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Create and test different ad formats, including images, carousels, Reels, and video ads.

• Develop creative concepts, ad copies, hooks, headlines, and CTAs.

• Coordinate with designers/video editors to produce high-converting creatives.

• Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Identify performance issues and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.

• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, policies, trends, and best practices.

• Work on multiple client accounts and manage campaign budgets responsibly.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.

• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.

• Strong understanding of ad creatives and what makes an advertisement convert.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other creative tools is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand campaign data and make optimization decisions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.

• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, real estate, education, healthcare, or other performance marketing campaigns will be an advantage.

• A portfolio or previous campaign results will be highly valued.
