Job వివరణ

Graphic Design:
Design social media creatives, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and event promotions.
Create branding materials including brochures, standees, presentations, certificates, event backdrops, and marketing collaterals.
Design thumbnails, podcast covers, YouTube banners, and promotional creatives.
Maintain visual consistency across all COMPANY platforms and campaigns.
Video Editing:
Edit reels, podcasts, interviews, event highlights, testimonials, and promotional videos. Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and background music.
Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video optimization for various platforms.

Motion Graphics & Content Support:

Develop motion graphics and animated elements to enhance storytelling.
Create intro/outro animations for podcasts and video series.
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and content ideas.
Stay updated with the latest social media, design, and video trends.

Required Skills:
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

● Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

● Experience in editing social media reels and short-form videos.

● Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

● Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of Canva Pro.

● Experience in podcast editing.

● Understanding of social media content strategy and trends. Qualification

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.

● Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
