Job Description – Digital Marketing Lead (Real Estate)

Position: Digital Marketing Lead – Real Estate

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Experience: 4+ Years in Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Professional who can generate high-quality real estate leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads while maintaining the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and CPL.

Create audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign performance and provide daily/weekly MIS reports.

Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

Implement CRM and lead tracking systems to improve funnel performance.

Required Skills

Proven track record in real estate lead generation.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.

Ability to generate high-quality leads at competitive CPL.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
