We're Hiring: E-commerce Account Manager

Join SRK Traders and help us grow our business across India's leading e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and passionate E-commerce Account Manager who enjoys taking on new challenges and finding innovative ways to increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.

• Monitor daily sales, orders, pricing, inventory, and account health.

• Plan and execute strategies to increase product sales across all marketplaces.

• Create and manage Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store, and other premium brand assets.

• Upload new products and ensure listings are accurate and fully optimized.

• Promote products on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms to generate traffic and sales.

• Create engaging product videos using mobile phones, editing software, or AI tools.

• Coordinate with the design team to create product images, banners, and marketing creatives.

• Analyze marketplace trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

• Experiment with new marketing ideas, promotional campaigns, and selling techniques every day to improve performance.

• Prepare regular sales reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).

• Experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, or other marketplace seller accounts.

• Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and account operations.

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

• Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store creation, and marketplace advertising is a plus.

• Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and video production will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram and YouTube marketing.

• Good communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to test new ideas and consistently work towards increasing sales.
