Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, social media platforms, and digital brand presence. The candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Handle product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.

• Monitor online orders, returns, and customer queries.

• Manage marketplace accounts and daily operations.

• Track sales performance and prepare marketplace reports.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfilment.

• Work on product visibility, SEO, and online sales growth.

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with the graphic designer for creatives, banners, and promotional campaigns.

• Plan and execute social media marketing activities to increase brand awareness.

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.

• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Research industry trends, competitors, and new content ideas.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Knowledge of product listing, SEO, and marketplace operations.

• Experience in social media handling and content planning.

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
