We are looking for a E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE to join our team Make My Click Printing Solution Pvt. Ltd. to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (India Mart, website, etc.)media. Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally/ The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000 to 25000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMart, website, etc.)

• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurately

• Process online orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly

• Track sales performance, returns, and reports

• Run basic promotions, offers, and discounts as per company strategy

• Coordinate with digital marketing team for online campaigns

• Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 to 6 years. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, INDIA MART listing and basic analytics is also important for this role.
