Quick Commerce Growth Manager

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Growth Manager to drive sales and profitability across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket/BB Now and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform-wise sales, orders and revenue growth.

• Manage ads, promotions, discounts and campaign performance.

• Track ROAS, CTR, conversion, ad spend and profitability.

• Monitor inventory, stock-outs, slow-moving SKUs and replenishment.

• Coordinate with platform category/account managers for visibility, campaigns and expansion.

• Optimise product listings, search ranking, pricing and offers.

• Analyse competitor pricing, promotions and new launches.

• Identify opportunities for expansion into new cities and dark stores.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and growth action plans.

Preferred Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, FMCG or D2C.

• Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or BigBasket preferred.

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of marketplace ads, inventory, pricing and margins.
