Key Responsibilities

1. Catalog & Listing Management

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across online platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick-Commerce).

• Upload images, product descriptions, pricing, and specs to ensure listing accuracy and compliance.

• Optimize product metadata, titles, and descriptions for SEO to improve search visibility.

2. Inventory & Order Operations

• Monitor inventory levels across channels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to prevent stock-outs.

• Track incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and dispatch status to meet delivery SLAs.

• Handle cancellations, returns, and order-related customer queries promptly.

3. Promotional & Marketplace Execution

• Configure and verify promotional offers, discounts, and banner updates ahead of live campaigns.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product launches and promotional events.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Maintain sales dashboards and daily operational trackers using MS Excel.

• Analyze conversion rates, traffic trends, stock availability, and fill rates.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with seller portals (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.) and strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, clear communication, and strong cross-team coordination abilities.
