We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in B2B lead generation, performance marketing, and PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.).

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-lead.

• Create, monitor, and analyze Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Plan and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies including sponsored content, InMail campaigns, and organic brand building.

• Conduct keyword research, campaign performance tracking, and regular reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging creatives and ad copies tailored for target audiences.

• Drive engagement through social media marketing efforts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

• A/B test landing pages, ad formats, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

• Report campaign performance weekly and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and B2B buyer behavior.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation

• Strong command over performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

• Expertise in PPC campaign management

• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing & lead gen

• Proficiency in social media marketing

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo – optional but preferred)

• Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking

• Ability to handle budgets, measure KPIs, and generate insights

• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certifications (preferred)
