Job Description

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to manage product listings, orders, inventory updates, and online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with computers, online portals, and fast data handling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.Add/update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.Process online orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely shipping.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock updates.Handle customer queries, complaints, and support tickets.Track sales reports, listing performance, and competitor analysis.Assist with promotional campaigns, coupons, and advertisements.Maintain documentation related to e-commerce activities.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel.Familiarity with marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart.Strong attention to detail and fast learning ability.Good communication and time-management skills.
