Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, Canada, Australia).

• Handle product uploads, keyword optimization, titles, descriptions, and backend search terms.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability.

• Manage order processing, returns, and customer queries in a timely manner.

• Track and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.

• Handle Amazon Seller Central operations including account health and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and international selling standards.

• Coordinate with logistics and export teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably Amazon international marketplaces).

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace algorithms.

• Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword research tools.

• Basic understanding of international shipping and export processes is a plus.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling handcrafted or lifestyle product categories.

• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.

• Basic understanding of PPC campaigns on Amazon.
