Digital Operation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate data, databases, spreadsheets and digital records on a regular basis.

• Verify data, identify errors or inconsistencies and ensure timely corrections.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital documents for easy access and retrieval.

• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data-related issues and ensure smooth information flow.

• Prepare reports, summaries and MIS data as required for internal business operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.

• Manage and regularly update company LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts.

• Create and coordinate B2B social media content and support audience/community engagement.

• Manage basic website and WordPress CMS activities, including content updates and page management.

• Support SEO activities, landing page updates and inbound lead management.

• Monitor digital enquiries and support the process of converting online leads into business opportunities.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and AI-based content tools for business and marketing activities.

• Assist in implementing AI chatbots and workflow automation using tools such as Zapier and Make.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing digital processes and reduce repetitive manual work through automation.

• Coordinate multiple digital and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy, quality and timely completion.

• Stay updated with relevant digital marketing, AI and automation tools to improve overall business operations.
