We’re Hiring | Relationship Manager (Female)
📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager (Female) to join our team at our Noida office. The role focuses on client communication, relationship building, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
• Share regular / monthly updates and reports with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client handling / relationship management preferred
• Ability to work from office (Noida location)
• Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
