Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage digital campaigns and generate quality leads for real estate projects. The candidate should be hands-on with paid ads, social media, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

• Generate quality real estate leads within budget

• Manage social media accounts and content planning

• Coordinate for property shoots, reels, creatives, and ad copies

• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Paid Ads & Lead Generation

  • Basic knowledge of SEO & content marketing

  • Good communication & reporting skills

  • Target-oriented and result-focused
